Harvard Club of Munich at Oktoberfest 2024

The Harvard Club of Munich is excited to invite you to join us at Oktoberfest 2024!

Time: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: Weinzelt, Theresienwiese, Munich

Oktoberfest offers a fantastic opportunity for the Harvard alumni community in Bavaria to connect, create lasting memories, and immerse ourselves in Bavarian traditions.

We have arranged a very select location within the Weinzelt. Registration will be open initially to members of the Harvard Club of Munich exclusively for three-weeks. After that, any remaining places will be offered to the broader Harvard alumni community in Germany.

Highlights of the Oktoberfest event:

Date and Time: Sunday, 29 September at 4:00 pm to kick-start the festivities together. Mark your calendars!
Cost: The participation fee is currently expected to be 90 EUR per person, which includes food and drink vouchers equal to the amount paid.
Access: Each participant will receive a wristband that grants access to the tent. The exact location of our table will be displayed on a board at the entrance of the tent.
Registration and Payment: Attendees are asked to register and make payment through an Eventbrite page, which will be set up in early August. The link to the registration page will be provided by invitation then.

Limited Availability: Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 20 participants (incl. up to 1 guest per HCM member), so early registration is highly recommended.

We are confident that this will be an exceptional opportunity to connect with old friends, forge new connections, and strengthen our Harvard network right here in Munich.
