The Harvard Alumni Club Munich at Oktoberfest!

Dear Harvard Club of Munich Members,

The Harvard Club of Munich is excited to invite you to our first club event at the Oktoberfest!

Date: Sunday, 24 September
Time: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: Weinzelt, Theresienwiese, Munich

As members of the Harvard community, we value the opportunity to come together and celebrate our shared experiences. Oktoberfest offers a fantastic occasion to connect, create lasting memories, and immerse ourselves in Bavarian traditions alongside fellow Harvard alumni.

To ensure fruitful connections and networking, we have arranged a limited number of spots exclusively for members of the Harvard Alumni Club of Munich. Registration will be open to club members only for three-weeks (up to 31 August). After that, any remaining places will also be offered to members of other Harvard Alumni Clubs in Germany.

Highlights of the Oktoberfest event:
• Date and Time: Sunday, 24 September at 4:00 pm to kick-start the festivities together. Mark your calendars!
• Cost: The participation fee is 80 EUR per person, which includes food and drink vouchers equal to the amount paid.
• Access: Each participant will receive an arm wristband that grants access to the tent. The exact location of our table will be displayed on a board at the entrance of the tent.
• Registration and Payment: To secure your spot, please register and make payment through our Eventbrite page. Please contact us at the emails below to get the registration link.
• Limited Availability: Please note that we can accommodate a maximum of 20 participants (incl. up to 1 guest per HCM member), so early registration is highly recommended.

We are confident that this will be an exceptional opportunity to reconnect with old friends, forge new connections, and strengthen our Harvard network right here in Munich.
