Harvard Alumni and Families on the Isar River

The Harvard Club of Munich is pleased to again organize an informal get-together of all Harvard alumni in the area (whether you are a member of the Harvard Club of Munich or not) to enjoy the beauty of the fall season at the Isar River.

We’re looking to provide a way for alumni with family to bring everyone along and meet with alumni friends in a casual, kids/family friendly way. After several years on the Isar, we're moving to a beautiful, traditional beer garden on the Isar high bank. The location has shady chestnut trees and plenty of room for the kids to roam. We're looking to give alumni and their families an easy, casual afternoon together – a chance to bring everyone along and catch up with alumni friends in a relaxed, kids- and family-friendly setting.

This year, the registration fee includes a selection of food that will be served family-style on the tables for everyone to share. Drinks, as well as anything extra, can be ordered directly at the beer garden.

Date and Time: Sunday, 12 July, starting at 14:00. In case of rainy weather, the event will be rescheduled for one week later, on Sunday, 19 July.

Please make sure to dress properly. Even if it´s sunny it gets cold quite early down there by the river.
